2. Client Responsibility

Results depend on the client’s consistency, participation, communication, and implementation of the practices and guidance provided throughout the advisory period.

No specific outcomes or guarantees are promised.

3. Payment Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Due to the personalized, time-intensive, and capacity-limited nature of this private advisory, refunds are not provided once payment has been made and the engagement has begun.

By purchasing this advisory, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled in advance and are expected to be attended on time.

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the advisor.

5. Confidentiality

All client conversations, personal information, and shared business matters are treated with professionalism and confidentiality.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, protocols, frameworks, exercises, and guidance shared during the advisory remain the intellectual property of Vesko Matakov and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
